  1. For as much of the US as I’ve seen, I haven’t been to any of these places. (I have been to Yosemite, but I didn’t have time on that trip to see Tuolumne Meadows specifically.) This country is so big, there’s always more to see.

  2. Good list! I’d like to add a few spots, if I may! The Lost Coast of California, where you can camp on the beach, is pretty spectacular! And Grand Teton Ntnl Park has some great campgrounds! Also, both King’s Canyon & Sequoia Ntnl Parks in California’s Sierra Nevada are very special! Rocky Mountain Ntnl Park has some campgrounds that shouldn’t be missed as well! Thanks for getting me thinking about all these lovely spots! 🌞

  3. Tuolumne Meadows is definitely crowded! Especially in the summer! My Mom worked at Yosemite a long time ago and she hates how much worse it has got in the summer, especially with the “turkeys” as she calls them
