Although I don’t have the intentions to move to Canada, Moncton captured my attention very much. My last flight from the U.S was passing above New Brunswick, and I have seen the islands from above. It was one of the amazing views I have even seen from an airplane. Plus, I love whales and that region is well-known for whale watching, globally.

So, you can also see the Northern Lights at Thunder Bay?
Yes, I heard from a friend that if you stand right beside a big lake near the city or on the highway, you can see them! I have never been there tho. I was planning to go sometime this month, but Covid cased increased and it freaked me out! lol!

I only seen it once in Alaska with those cruises tours, but I heard there’s even a town about 2 hours from Vancouver that has it too.

I have never seen them before and I desperately want to! I’m researching places but also trying to figure out the timing because nature is unpredictable

From what I have heard with Calgary is that it might be a possible Northern Lights location, but still not entirely sure. I have heard of a train journey you can take across Canada and you can see them. Plus, I am moving to Canada to get away from the US, so I might wait to go to Alaska lol

Hey! I live in Saskatoon, and it is possible for us to see Northern Lights year-round. It is just easier to do so in the winter months because it gets dark around 4:30-5pm so there is more opportunity for viewing. It is also best to get as far away from any cities or other light pollution. Cheers!
