I’m not against stereotypes at all. In fact, some of them are true or funny but it’s good to look at things differently. I mean, that’s what those change-makers did throughout mankind’s history!

Recent History of Croatia
In recent history, Croatia was a part of Yugoslavia until 1991 when they were like, “No, thanks!”
It wasn’t as simple though, they had to fight with their neighbors from Serbia which finished 4 years later, and what do wars make? Job for reconstruction workers!
They joined the EU in 2013 and now when you walk in Croatia, It’s so peaceful that you’d doubt if anything has ever happened!
People in Croatia
More than %91 of the people are Croatians with a minority of Serbs and other Europeans.
People are chill and welcoming (Even for Serbian fellows, yes, Croatians are OK with Serbians).
They are usually either working, socializing in Cafes or working on their awesome Croatian folk music skills.
What to do in Croatia
The best time of year to visit Croatia is is in May and June or September and October.
Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia
This national park is a UNESCO world site heritage. It’s near Bosnia’s border and is a romantic place to be with your partner!
Pula Arena in Croatia
Yes, Rome is not the only city that has one of these cool amphitheaters. This one in Pula is just as good as that one with fewer tourists compared to Italy.
Galešnjak in Croatia
This one is my favorite. This cute island is one of the very few naturally heart-shaped objects around the world. So, if you are visiting Croatia, don’t forget to take a boat to Galešnjak.

Good to see another amphitheatre perched somewhere else on da planet. I think one of my favourite things about Croatia is their female president, she was a whole mood during the world cup.
